With her godparents as co-conspirators, Kid Jeweler Elyse (age 7) made her masterwork in secret while her Mom was out of the house. As soon as Mom was gone, they set up a workspace on their kitchen table and Elyse got to making.
Elyse made her wax masterwork with only her fingers and a toothpick as tools… and a whole lot of love!
Elyse built her masterwork out of separate wax elements joined together. Here is her bunny in the process of getting its ears!
That Elyse’s Mom was wonderfully surprised to receive her daughter’s special gift is an understatement! Elyse received a surprise, too: a silver Mini of her own to proudly wear with her Mom.
